Juan Pablo Estrada has a Law Degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho; in 2024, he
joined the team of Sámano Abogados.
Juan Pablo has solid experience in Corporate Law, since he has collaborated in advising
various national and international companies, regarding contracts and different legal acts
necessary for the fulfillment of their purpose. Juan Pablo's experience includes advising
clients related to the textile, construction, financial, advertising, and other different
sectors, acting as a law firm lawyer and, in some cases, as a direct team of companies.
He also has extensive experience in accompaniment and assistance in making corporate
decisions, attending meetings of the different corporate bodies, and giving advice
regarding the implementation of decisions related to good corporate governance.
Finally, Juan Pablo has participated in the negotiation and execution of various
acquisitions and mergers of companies, both national and foreign, which makes him a
lawyer with balanced knowledge between contractual and corporate matters in the strict
sense.
