Max Jalife holds a Law Degree from La Salle University, Mexico City Campus. In 2024, he
joined the team at Sámano Abogados. Max has developed his professional career in both
the public and private sectors, working in judicial functions and collaborating with
companies in real estate and healthcare industries, as well as with renowned law firms in
addressing consultations and procuring the defense of diverse clients' interests in their
activities and procedures related with Mexico’s Government. The clients he has served
belong to diverse regulated economic sectors, particularly in healthcare, energy, real
estate, hospitality, gaming, among others, providing solutions to fiscal, environmental,
regulatory, health, public bidding and disciplinary procedure matters.
Additionally, considering his experience in public and private sectors, Max Jalife has
actively participated in designing and implementing legal strategies to address various
procedures before administrative authorities, federal and local nullity trials, as well as
constitutional protection trials (Amparo writs) against adverse laws affecting different
economic activities and administrative resolutions. He also possesses expertise in
litigation prevention strategies, compliance projects, and avoidance of sanctions from
regulatory authorities.
