Juan Francisco has more than 5 years of experience in business law. He did his social service in the Federal Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Federal Crimes against the Environment and Litigation, handling nullity proceedings, answering claims and class actions.

Beginning in 2013 he worked in the firm Santillana Hintze Abogados, S.C. on health law, information privacy and personal data law matters, and in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in the health sector. In 2016 he worked an “In-plant” in the company Johnson & Johnson Medical México.

Juan Francisco joined the team of Sámano Abogados S.C. in 2017, specializing in Information Technology. He works in the area of corporate and company law for the drafting and review of shareholder´s meeting minutes, powers of attorney and contracts, among other things.
