Lilia has worked as Legal Manager in institutions of the financial sector in the negotiation and drafting of credit agreements and guarantee trusts, as well as Senior Lawyer in the firm Fernández Braniff Abogados, S.C. where she was in charge of the corporate and
contractual area.
 

Her most recent collaboration was as Legal Manager at Banco Sabadell, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, where she participated in the corporate governance area of the institution and other companies of the group and was in charge of the supplier contracting area, mainly in the field of information technology and banking related services, providing legal advice to various areas of the
institution for the implementation of strategic projects and participated in the implementation of the correspondent banking project.

In 2022 she joined Sámano Abogados, S.C. where she participates in the area of corporate and contract law in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts.
