Verónica has more than fifteen years of experience working on matters related to the aeronautic industry, financial services, contracts and notary´s law. She worked as Legal Director of Payment Systems, Money Transmitters and Currency Exchange for Grupo Elektra, S.A.B de C.V., of Salinas Group, where she was directly responsible for decision making of the area for Mexico and Latin America, providing legal advice on the implementation of the banking and commercial digital platforms for the different businesses of the Group. In the contracts and corporate areas, she worked for Volaris Airlines as Head of Contracts, where she provided legal advice to the different areas of the company, focusing on matters concerning industrial property, real estate, vessels, commercial and strategic relations, among others.

Verónica also has experience in notary matters (notaries 114 and 116 of Mexico City) and in the public sector, specifically in the Office of Urban Services of the Government of Mexico City.

She is currently an implant lawyer for one of the most important clients of the firm where she mainly handles corporate and contract matters.
