Our energy law practice covers contractual, regulatory and administrative matters related to oil and gas and electricity. We also provide advice and offer solutions to the companies of the sector through our experience and knowledge in public-private contracts.

• Regarding oil and gas, we represent and advise domestic and foreign companies and we help them in the bidding procedures with Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), as well as in investment projects according to the legal framework and the new energy reforms.

• In the electricity field, we advise electricity production companies and co-generators of companies in the development of projects related to environmental protection, commercial matters, procedures and dispute resolution with the competent authorities, such as the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE for its initials in Spanish) the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) and the Ministry of Energy (SENER) among others.
